We’re looking for someone with a strong scheduling background to help us launch a new scheduling product for transit agencies across the United States. This is a unique opportunity for someone who has a passion for scheduling, people, and making an impact at scale through a new product. This job will require a diverse set of skills which includes training new Remix users, helping them craft and analyze their scheduling outputs, ongoing problem solving, and helping guide our scheduling product roadmap.

You'll be a good fit if:

- You’ve worked as a transit scheduler or scheduling consultant and have experience implementing(i.e. schedule changes, labor agreement discussions, operational improvements) - You understand scheduling from a technical to a theoretical perspective - You are passionate about scheduling and can explain it easily to unfamiliar audiences - You hear problems from others and have a burning desire to solve them - You can manage customer expectations when necessary - You have a fascination with communities of all sizes: large and small, rural and urban

What you'll do:

- Help us launch our first cohort of scheduling customers in the United States - Continually teach, advise, and challenge our customers to ensure their success - Work within our product to help generate schedules, sometimes under critical timeframes - Ensure our scheduling product roadmap aligns with the needs of transit agencies - Support other aspects of the customer experience such as training content and on-site events(we anticipate 20-40% travel) - Help guide the development and execution of our team’s overall success strategy
