Network Rail Consulting, Inc. is an international rail consultancy offering unrivalled expertise in railway infrastructure.
We are hiring for the following position:
Asset Management & Maintenance To lead development capabilities and deliver the asset management and maintenance activities of Network Rail Consulting, namely winning and successfully executing international rail consultancy assignments.
Technical: - Understand client requirements and translate them into workable project plans.
- Lead and work as part of consulting teams focused on the development and the operation and management of asset management systems.
- Assist clients to understand the concept of asset management, strategies for its development, and the tools available to manage those systems
- Lead and support the identification and definition of asset management policies, strategies and processes which are required for consulting projects.
- Maintain technical delivery tasks in the field of asset management and maintenance of railway infrastructure and associated plant, equipment and Railway Systems in accordance with relevant industry standards.
- Identify and support the procurement of asset management information systems, as client needs dictate.
- Develop and maintain outstanding client relationships.
Business Development: - Participate in business development activities as needed including sales calls, presentations, proposal preparation, and trade show exhibits.
- Maintain and continually develop an industry network of people and potential projects for the NRC North American business development pipeline.
- Create repeat business.
Required: - Degree in Engineering and substantial experience in railway asset management and maintenance.
- Proven ability to work in the United States.
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
- Sense of humor!
