SUMMARY: Under the direction of the Director of Operations, ensures that the transportation requirements of contracted services, including State and Federal requirements are met professionally and timely with a focus on safety, professionalism, and customer satisfaction. This position supports the safety and training activities and enhances the organization's safety culture, primarily focusing on bus and facilities systems.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: - Five years experience in a similar type of position
- California licensed for Class B, Passenger Endorsement, Air Brakes, and VTT
- TSI Certified Instructor required
- Third Party DMV Examiner in California
- Employer Testing Program experience
- Pull Notice Program experience
- Substance Abuse Program experience
- BTW Experience
- Computer Knowledgeable: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
DESIRED SKILLS: - Fixed Route Experience
- Classroom Experienced
- Ability to create lesson plans
- Experience with Workers Compensation Program
- Experience with California DMV audits
- Experience with California Highway Patrol audits
- Experience with Substance Abuse Program audits
- Experience with recruiting and hiring
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Leadership Abilities
- TSI Experience required.
- Ability to work independently in identifying hazards and recommending changes.
Pay Range: $75,000 - $90,000 based on experience. Great benefits include vacation, paid time off, medical, dental, vision and life insurance, 401K
