MOVE Stanislaus Transportation is a nonprofit corporation dedicated to connecting Stanislaus County seniors, disabled persons, veteran, and other special needs populations with transportation options to access the community. The organization is headquartered in Modesto, CA. This position reports to the MOVE Board of Directors and is responsible for managing all aspects of the operation of the organization. The successful candidate for this position will serve as the Chief Executive Officer. This position involves working with a broad range of local and state agencies to design and operate transportation programs for the target populations.
Specific responsibilities include: - Representing MOVE before local agencies in an effort to expand usage of agency programs.
- Obtaining and managing grant funds from state, federal, or other agencies to support vital transportation programs.
- Overseeing staff responsible for administrative support of programs and other aspects of agency operation.
- Engaging directly with program recipients to arrange transportation and to address other specific needs of the target populations.
Salary and Benefits The salary range for this position is $90,000 to $125,000. A comprehensive benefit package is also provided.
