We are currently interviewing for several new and exciting management opportunities for a proposed business opportunity in New Jersey.

Some of the opportunities include:
  • General Manager: Demonstrate administrative skills and operational experience, be computer literate, and be capable of system administration and training. The GM must be on site and on call, and is responsible for all aspects of the operation. Experience Requirements: A minimum of five (5) years of proven experience managing a paratransit operation similar in scope and size to the Access Link project. Proficient and knowledgeable in Trapeze PASS.

  • Assistant General Manager: This individual will manage the project in the absence of the General Manager, to ensure no interruption in on-site management coverage. This individual must be able to perform all System administration duties and will provide operations supervisory coverage in the absence of Operations Supervisor staff. Experience Requirements: A minimum of three (3) years of proven experience managing a paratransit operation similar in scope and size to the Access Link project. Proficient and knowledgeable in Trapeze PASS system.

  • Operations Manager: Responsible for the daily operations and be authorized to make operational decisions in the absence of the General Manager or Assistant General Manager. Experience Requirements: Two (2) years previous demand responsive customer service (paratransit, taxicab, ambulance, etc.) hands-on computer experience and experience in the equivalent proposed Access Link position. Proficient and knowledgeable in Trapeze PASS.

  • Maintenance Manager: The Maintenance Manager is a Class “A” Mechanic who possesses the skills to proactively provide technical support for troubleshooting, repairing and maintaining all of NJ TRANSIT’s equipment, to include vehicles and Rangers. This position is responsible for managing the Service Provider’s vehicle maintenance program, and for overseeing all requirements related to fleet maintenance for this contract. Experience Requirements: Three (3) years of experience managing the maintenance of medium duty diesel vehicles, gas powered sedans, automatic transmissions and wheelchair lift (electro-hydraulic) systems, for a fleet of at least 75 vehicles. The Maintenance Manager must have three years of experience managing at least three full-time mechanics, and must possess certifications as required for the Class “A” Mechanic position.
