Hours: Business hours are Monday – Friday 8:00am – 4:30pm (on call 24/7 to respond to emergency situations)

Duties: The Superintendent of Maintenance is responsible for the operation of the maintenance and purchasing/inventory control functions of the Stamford Division. This position is under the general direction of the Division Manager in handling the day-to-day responsibilities with technical assistance and policy administration provided by the Director of Equipment and Maintenance.

Qualifications: If you have at a minimum, three (3) years of experience in varied phases of fleet maintenance and repair with at least one full year of supervisory or department manager experience along with extensive knowledge of principles and techniques of fleet, building and inventory management this may be the job for you.
