The Transit Manager will oversee all daily management operations of the transportation department which consists of transporting approximately 7,000-10,000 customers and guests from the cruise and tourism industry. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and background.

- Scheduling and Logistics
- Train and supervise productivity
- Communicate positively and effectively
- Resolve customer concerns and complaints
Fleet Management - Registering/Licensing
- Inspections/Maintenance/Repair
- Cleanliness/Appearance
- Oversee Charter Bus services
- Fleet Inventory records
- Accident/Insurance documentation when occurs
- Insurance renewals
Financials - Daily revenue and expense reporting
- Annual Budget preparation
- Budget management and financial adjustments when needed
- Preparing purchase orders and invoices promptly
- Trip report reconciliation
- Sales and Marketing strategy involvement
REQUIREMENTS - 5+ years’ experience in transportation management.
- Microsoft Excel proficiency
- Microsoft Word proficiency
- Excellent communication skills; oral and written.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Sound decision making and judgement skills.
- Strong ability to lead, inspire and engage staff.
CDL License is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree is a plus but not required.
