The Crawford Area Transportation Authority (CATA), located in Northwest Pennsylvania is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Maintenance Manager. This position is part of the Leadership Team for a Nationally recognized regional public transportation provider. CATA operates a fleet that consists of Compressed Natural Gas, Propane and traditional gasoline engine vehicles.
The Maintenance Manager is responsible for overseeing the efficient operation of CATA’s 2 state of the art garage locations, maintaining a vehicle inventory in excess of 60 vehicles according to industry standards along with overseeing the daily job performance of 5 technicians and 4 hostlers to achieve operational efficiency and overall strategic goals for the organization.
CATA is strategically located with maintenance facilities in both Crawford and Venango counties, within 2 hours drive to Pittsburgh, Buffalo and Cleveland. This position has the opportunity to work from either the Meadville area or Oil City area with options for minimal telework.
The qualified candidate should have a minimum of 7 years of progressive fleet management experience or related experience in a transportation related industry, have a Class B CDL, obtain a DOT physical card, and have knowledge of Industry-specific fleet management software along with computer programs including Word, Processing and Spreadsheet operations.

Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 Annually
