Salary: Minimum: $72,058.74 - Maximum: $129,305.80
Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED. Five years of experience in the inspection,repair and maintenance of train control and/or traction power electrical and electronic equipment,to include resolution or operational problems and supervisory experience are required. Proof of education and work experience to meet minimum qualifications must be presented and will be verified.
Recruitment Notes:
The Chief Supervisor will oversee inspecting, troubleshooting and repairing Rail Traction Power and Train Control (ATO, ATC, ATP, switches and signals) systems, and all related equipment in a rail transportation system. They will also supervise the diagnosis, testing, inspection, repair, and maintenance of the systems and associated equipment. This is a highly responsible, analytical, systems reliability, and maintenance work position of a complex nature. The Chief Supervisor is responsible for oversight of troubleshooting activities relating to Traction Power and Train Control systems and equipment for both the existing legacy systems and the high-tech new systems, components and other applicable equipment in the newer portion of the system. This position oversees all the supervisors and activities of this section.
