COIC is seeking a highly effective person with an entrepreneurial spirit to lead our transportation department. The Transportation Director is responsible for all aspects of COIC’s transportation programs including Cascades East Transit (CET). This position oversees all transportation planning, operations, development, budgeting and staffing and ensures operational effectiveness and efficiency.
The Transportation Director oversees the development of a public transit system that includes transportation options to create a strong system to serve residents and meet the growing needs of the region. Candidates must provide regional leadership on transportation issues, and develop partnerships and support to expand all transportation programs.
