Job purpose: To support the Associate Vice President (AVP) and the associated regional team in the preparation of client account plans, marketing material, bid submissions; and the maintenance of North American information in NRC’s CRM system, Salesforce.

The main function of the position is to support technical staff in the execution of marketing and bid activities as described below. In addition to the duties and responsibilities listed below, the post holder is required to perform other duties assigned by his/her line manager from time to time. NOTE: All applicants must have valid US work authorization.
  • Perform market research activities, including monitoring clients’ capital spending plans, clients’ spend on consultants and carry out competitor analyses.

  • Support the AVP in the development & update of key client account plans.

  • Along with other NRC Marketing Specialists, help manage and maintain all regional marketing material; regional website content, leaflets, posters etc in coordination with NRC’s Corporate Marketing function in HQ.

  • Maintain consistent North American information for EOIs and proposals, such as company information, CVs, project database and photographic library.

  • Support the completion of PQQs, RFQs etc.

  • Assist in the creation of bid capture plans and engage with members of the NRC regional team to establish strategies for pursuing those new opportunities;

  • Support Bid Managers with bid documents, including preparation of relevant organisation charts, flow diagrams and presentation material.

  • Organisation of exhibitions and events and attendance at exhibitions on the stand when required.

  • Keep all documents on registration files up to date.

  • Maintain accurate information in NRC’s Salesforce CRM application including account owners, account information and contacts through a regular review of content.

Essential Experience:
  • Professional qualification in marketing or graphics design.

  • Excellent IT skills including Microsoft Office and InDesign.

  • Excellent presentation and written skills.

  • Knowledge of web based CMS.

  • Self-motivated with a can-do attitude.

  • Responsive.

  • Ability to adapt to rapidly changing circumstances and meet challenging timescales.

  • Ability to work as part of a team.

  • Excellent inter-personal skills.

Desired Experience:
  • Some knowledge of CRM systems such as Salesforce.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, or related field.

  • Client-side and/or agency experience.

  • Brand development experience.

  • Experience in a consulting environment
