Performs complex solicitations involving contractual services, consultants, equipment, supplies, construction, and capital improvements in accordance with LYNX standards and policies and all applicable legal requirements. The procurement process is an end-to-end process which consists of interdependent, multiple steps; contract execution involving multi-million dollar contracts.

Required Qualifications:

Associate’s Degree from a regionally or nationally accredited institution in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a closely related field and a minimum of seven years of procurement experience; or a Bachelor's degree from a regionally or nationally accredited institution in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a closely related field and a minimum of three years of procurement experience; or high school diploma / GED and a minimum of eleven years of procurement experience

Desired Qualifications:

Public sector procurement experience. Certified Public Purchasing Buyer (CPPB); Certified Public Purchasing Officer (CPPO); Certified Purchasing Manager (CPM); Accredited Purchasing Practitioner (AAP); or Certified Purchasing Supply Manager (CPSM).
