The SMART District is seeking a MAXIMO Specialist (Railroad Information Systems Specialist) to join our Operations team!
The Railroad Information Systems Specialist is responsible for all activities in support of the Operations Department Maintenance Management Information System (MMIS), MAXIMO, as well as computer systems support for the Operations Department. The Specialist works with Operations Department management to align MMIS and Operations technology solutions with business strategies. This position ensures that the MAXIMO system and all other Operations Department IT systems are working properly at all times and that all department work flows meet system requirements.
This position carries two overall fields of responsibility. The first is administration of the Maintenance Management Information System (MAXIMO) and the second is providing IT support of all Operations Department systems. The ideal candidate will be a motivated, independent person with an aptitude for creative problem solving and a solid foundation in MMIS.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field and at least one year of professional MAXIMO experience.
