COAST is seeking a full-time Operations Supervisor to join our team!

Candidates must have excellent customer service skills, be able to interact calmly with all personalities even in stressful situations, and be able to support operators and other COAST staff respectfully in all circumstances. Discretion in handling sensitive situations and employee relationships while maintaining compliance with policies and procedures is critical, as is the ability to confront people respectfully and effectively when needed. Candidates must be able to multi-task, prioritize competing tasks, respond to emergencies, and make decisions. Strong analytical, computer, and writing skills are required.

Candidates must possess a valid CDL with Passenger Endorsement and no Air Brake restriction.

Positions in this job classification are considered safety-sensitive and are subject to drug testing, including random drug screens, in accordance with Federal Transit Administration (FTA) Drug and Alcohol regulations.

Compensation range: $44,117 - $51,111+. Pay is based on $21.21 / hour with performance-based compensation opportunities up to an additional $269 every two weeks, plus occasional overtime opportunities.
