MV Transportation is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager for the Quality Assurance program of local operations in compliance with State and Federal regulations and corporate and client policies.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

*Produce Monthly Employee Newsletter. *Statistical Analysis of Performance Metrics. *Provide/Coordinate Training for assigned Projects *Oversee Customer Comment Process. *Coordinate and Conduct Trapeze/IT related Triage and Testing *Audit Various Department for Policy/Procedural Compliance *Prepare, revise and update policies and procedures base don Best Practices *Manage employee(s) of the month data collection and reconciliation. *Maintain various spreadsheets and databases used to track employee statistics. *Assist in Testing and Deployment of pilot/program initiatives. *Perform various quality assurance tasks involved with tracking statistical data in Trapeze. *Supervise assigned personnel in support of Taxi Program, and related policies and standards

Talent Requirements:

*High School diploma or equivalent required; ideal candidate will have at least two (2) years of transit Industry experience. *Microsoft Office experience, specifically Word, Excel, Access, Publisher and Outlook. *Trapeze Integrated Transit Software experience in Public Transit Operations. *Able to work in a fast-paced environment. *Excellent communication and problem solving skills. *Excellent verbal and written communication skills. *Self-starter who needs minimal supervision. *Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills with extreme attention to detail and accuracy. *Demonstrate regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
