First Transit is seeking a versatile, experienced, and customer-focused individual to help manage its large and dynamic paratransit call center contract with King County Metro Transit in Seattle. This is one of our flagship operations, consistently near the top of the paratransit industry and home to cutting-edge technology utilizing the Trapeze scheduling platform.

Candidates should have at least 3 or more years’ experience with the following areas:
- Management of large-scale public transportation services, preferably with extensive experience within the ADA paratransit industry
- Management of call centers, preferably to include reservations, scheduling and dispatch operations
- Experience with Trapeze software, mobile data computers and/or vehicle-mounted tablets, VoIP telephone systems, business intelligence dashboards, and similar technology is a plus
- Dependable self-starter who can analyze performance trends and work collaboratively with teams to implement long-term improvements
- Dynamic leader with exceptional communications skills, strong writing ability, and project management background
Required Experience:
- At least 3 years managing large public paratransit or transit operations
- Significant experience with Trapeze software products preferred
Required Education: Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred
