VIA Metropolitan Transit is hiring a Director of Innovative Services. This position will lead the Office of Innovative Services in the Division of Information Technology.
Responsible for developing VIA’s forward-looking approach to emerging transportation technologies, innovative mobility strategies, and partnerships to ensure that VIA is a leader in providing solutions to help our customers move efficiently throughout the greater San Antonio metropolitan area. The director will play a key role in helping identify and execute transformative innovative services for improving customer experience. This position identifies opportunities for development of innovative transportation options and collaboration with new technology-enabled shared mobility services.
Bachelor's degree required and a minimum of 8 years’ experience preferably in marketing, business, product development, customer experience, innovation, technology, or transportation. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be acceptable.
