Delon Hampton & Associates, Chartered, a minority-owned, professional consulting engineering services firm headquartered in Washington, DC, currently has an excellent opportunity for talented and energetic Electrical & Power Distribution Engineers.

***This is a variable Part-Time position on an as needed basis***

Minimum of 7 years of experience in designing and implementing electrical and traction power distribution systems, with at least 3 of the 7 years in passenger rail transportation modes

Must have a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in engineering or license as an engineer

Experience with 11,000/25,000 volt alternating current overhead or third rail traction power distribution as required by the project is desired

Knowledge of electrical and traction power distribution systems, and, related switch-gear and substation facilities is desired.
