The main duties of the Reporting Manager are: - Manage program level reporting
- Coordinate with executive program management and project management to develop Earned Value project control reporting, including ACWP, BCWP, Cost Variance and Schedule Variance.
- Coordinate with all appropriate project controls personnel to ensure program scope/cost/schedule baselines are updated in compliance with reporting management procedures
- Coordinate with the cost, estimating, scheduling managers for support to reporting and provided input
The Requirements: - Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent, Construction Management or a similar, relevant discipline
- At least ten years’ experience in program reporting and management for the design and construction of large transportation infrastructure projects
- Strong background in business process management
- Excellent communication skills, both orally and written including written reports and summaries, and presentations
- Preference will be given to applicants with recent, prior experience working on major projects for the state of California or its agencies
- Employment authorization to work in the United States immediately
