NCTD is currently seeking a Quality Control Supervisor for our Facilities team.

DEFINITION
Under the general direction of the Director of Facilities, the Quality Control Supervisor – Facilities monitors Facilities Maintenance Contractors service and performance reports, and oversees a variety of activities ensuring the District's properties and facilities are maintained and operated in a safe and efficient manner - to include all aspects of the maintenance and repair of building, grounds, transit stations, transit platforms and fixed equipment to ensure that they are maintained in a safe and operational condition, in compliance with the specifications and regulations of the Federal Transit Administration (FTA), the California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC), other governing agencies, and NCTD's contracts.

Qualifications:
Education/Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in related field strongly desired.
- Minimum six years directly relevant experience required, as per below:
- Knowledge of facility maintenance principles,
- Public transportation system (private or public including experience with bus and rail facilities) preferred.
- Knowledge of facility maintenance principles,
- A combination of experience/skills and education to fulfill the requisite knowledge, skills and abilities for this position may be considered.
