Duties
  • Research, evaluate and compile data from relevant sources and translate the data into meaningful results. Utilize data to help achieve business objectives.

  • Collate data into coherent sets; control the change of these data as new (or different) data emerges; transfer data sets from one format / arrangement into a different format / arrangement for loading into the different system(s); validate data uploads vs what was submitted; and verify accuracy of data and test the systems for capability, structure and data correctness.


Required Skills
  • Must be working towards a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field or have completed a degree within the last 12 months.

  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills; proficiency in spreadsheet manipulation; great attention to detail; be inquisitive and patient; customer focused; strong writing and communication skills.

  • Comfortable ‘hunting’ for data in various sources (e.g. charts, engineering drawings, spreadsheets, files, documents); interpret and collate the data; manipulate data on spreadsheets into different arrangements / structures for automatic uploading.
