Provide quality assurance and inspection services during the manufacturing process of heavy-duty transit buses. Inspections may include structural, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, paint, and other systems.

Must have proven ability to conduct system functional checks.

Must demonstrate knowledge of subsystems and manufacturing process of transit buses.

Ability to read and understand vehicle configuration and technical specifications, and interpret drawings and schematics to meet customer needs.

Requires computer proficiency to prepare reports, document performance, and communicate manufacturing progress via email or website uploads.

Preparation of inspection documentation and forms for each vehicle.

Must be a team player able to cooperate and communicate effectively to ensure customer's goals are met.

Previous quality assurance/control experience in a manufacturing setting desired.

Familiarity with the following a plus: FMVSS Certification; DOT Safety requirements/specifications/regulations;Quality Control/Quality Assurance procedures; ADA Compliance; FTA /Buy America Regulations

Work requires ability to work in a manufacturing setting following all safety protocols.
