The Survey Operations Manager / Market Research Analyst is responsible for the full scope of all customer satisfaction survey projects for TransPro's clients from the proposal stage through reporting, including but not limited to survey design, oversight of survey execution, data analysis, and reporting. In addition, the candidate will participate in other client-based consulting working with both internal and external teams.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Direct and manage all Customer Survey agreements
• Serve as TransPro contact and coordinate activities with clients
• Organize and conduct focus group meetings
• Create client specific customer satisfaction surveys
• Identify, vet, select and secure temporary help to conduct surveys
• Oversee on-site survey execution, ensuring surveys are conducted properly and professionally
• Manage resources to ensure project is completed on time and within budget
• Analyze data and prepare final reports and recommendations for improvement
• Work with team members in various areas of our consulting arena including but not limited to strategic planning, employee and community engagement, organizational assessments, etc.
• Participate in the preparation of proposals
• Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

• Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a self-directed manner within a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, proactively seeking guidance as needed
• Strong interpersonal and communications skills, with experience working as part of a team to complete time-sensitive projects
• Acute attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
• Strong problem solving, analytical and creative thinking skills
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• BA or BS degree required
• High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results orientation

Other Requirements

• Candidates must have their own laptop/computer and cellular phone
• Willingness and ability to travel
• Preferably located in the Tampa, Florida area
