Transdev Services, Inc., the primary provider of San Francisco Paratransit Service seeks experienced Safety and Training Manager.

Responsible for safety education, accident prevention, loss control, drug and alcohol testing program, and regulatory compliance. Also is responsible to conduct the system’s Workman’s Compensation, and responsible for the supervision and management of the training department and the effort to produce high quality paratransit operators and conduct training to ensure optimum employee performance with an emphasis on safety, and quality service provision and customer service. Duties and responsibilities also include, but are not limited to, coordinating the activities of employees who are assigned modified duty and coordination with general liability carriers; establishing and an accident free and healthy working environment to achieve effectiveness for the company and insure compliance with all federal, state, local and company policies, procedures and regulations.
