Orange County Transportation Authority is seeking a Contracts Administrator / Contracts Administrator, Senior – Capital Projects.
The Contracts Administrator/Contracts Administrator, Senior – Capital Projects should have a comprehensive understanding of various procurement processes, such as request for proposals, invitation for bids and the ability to execute all phases of the procurement process. This position will work closely with project managers to develop scopes of work, determine procurement methodology and other aspects of the solicitation process. The individual should be able to negotiate, and resolve contractual issues. Must be technology savvy. An understanding of the nuances and public procurement are highly desirable.
