NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the Livermore Amador Valley Transit Authority (LAVTA), operator of the Wheels and Rapid bus system, is accepting proposals from qualified firms to provide bus exterior advertising services.
This Project shall include the furnishing of all labor and services as set forth in the Scope of Work section of the Request for Proposals (RFP).
All Questions and Requests for Clarification must be submitted in writing by May 15, 2017 at 4:00 p.m. Proposals must be received in the LAVTA Administrative Offices by 2:00 p.m. on May 30, 2017. No proposals will be accepted after this time and date. Any proposal or amendment to proposal received after the closing time will be returned unopened to the sender. No Proposer may withdraw its proposal for a period of one hundred twenty (120) days after the opening of proposals. Each Proposer will be notified of award of contract, if award is made. LAVTA reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, or to waive any irregularities or informalities in any proposal or in the proposal procedure, or to postpone the proposal opening for good cause.
Firms submitting a proposal to this RFP may be required to give a demonstration and presentation of their proposal to LAVTA on June 1, 2017 (estimated date). Engagement staff will be present at the presentation. LAVTA’s request for a demonstration or presentation shall not constitute acceptance of a proposal.
