SPOKANE TRANSIT AUTHORITY REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS #17-STA-574 TO PROVIDE DEVELOPMENT OF MONROE-REGAL AND SPRAGUE AVENUE HIGH PERFORMANCE TRANSIT (HPT) CORRIDORS

Spokane Transit Authority (STA) announces its intention to seek qualifications from interested, qualified and experienced engineering firms to provide all phases of planning, land surveying, architectural and engineering design, community outreach and marketing support, grant preparation support, right of way acquisition and construction management services to support the development and implementation of future Monroe-Regal and Sprague Avenue High Performance Transit (HPT) corridors as outlined by the Request for Qualifications (RFQ) package.

Proposals [one (1) original plus six (6) copies and one (1) electronic version] must be submitted in accordance with requirements set forth in the RFQ by 4:00 p.m., local time, May 24, 2017. Late submittals will not be accepted and will be returned to the Respondent unopened.

A pre-proposal conference will be held at STA, 1230 West Boone Avenue, Spokane, WA, on May 4, 2017, at 1:30 p.m. local time. Prospective consultants are encouraged to attend. A teleconference option is also available. A dial-in number will be provided to all interested parties.

This procurement may be partially funded by the United States Department of Transportation, Federal Transit Administration (FTA). Proposers will be required to comply with all applicable FTA, FHWA, State, and Local rules and regulations.
