We are seeking a Safety Supervisor who will supervise the safety program in compliance with State and Federal regulations. The Safety Supervisor will ensure that all operators are current with training certification requirements, maintain safety records, partner with Maintenance Department to ensure that the location is OSHA compliant, hire and interview new operators, maintain the Drug and Alcohol testing program and files, maintain workers compensation files, and work closely with the General Manager to keep operations running safely and efficiently.

Requirements:

· Five years prior training and managerial experience

· Previous experience with passenger transportation in similar environment

· Excellent safety and service record

· Ability to train and interact with a multi-generational workforce

· Must be able to set priorities and exercise good judgment

· Professional attitude

· Strong skills with Microsoft Office products (Word & Excel) required

· Familiarization with Southeastern Pennsylvania area

· Knowledge of state and federal regulations, and corporate safety programs and policies

· Ability to read, write, and speak English bilingual a plus

· Ability to positively communicate effectively, and work with all employees and departments

· Ability to work independently and objectively

· Strong organizational and analytical skills

· Previous Classroom certification is required

· Must have a CDL Class B License with Passenger Endorsement

· High School diploma or equivalent

· Safety sensitive position subject to random testing
