Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Initiate, host and administer GET’s website. Administer the District’s software installation, operations, maintenance and support for all locations within a Microsoft SQL network environment, including the District’s customized and specialty software programs.
Minimum Qualifications
Education:
The preferred candidate will have a minimum of four years of increasingly responsible experience in creating and managing a wide range of computer systems and programs; an accredited Bachelor’s degree in Information Technologies, Computer Science or related field. An appropriate level of experience may be considered in lieu of Bachelor’s Degree.
Knowledge of and ability to:
Salary: $28.00/Per Hour

- Maintain Microsoft software support along with website, Wi-Fi, Fleetnet, StrataGen, Shortel, IVR and outside current and future software vendors as needed.
- Conduct cross-training in areas of primary responsibilities as appropriate.
- Provide user assistance and support with all GET employees.
- Read technical manuals to learn software installation applications and correct settings for equipment.
- Connect microcomputer or terminal to data communication lines.
- Knowledgeable in report development utilizing the Microsoft Office suite of applications and other specialty reports.
