You are good at: • Developing relationships with customers • Building teams • Promoting organizational vision, values, and strategies

This position will also: • Oversee the operation of three separate transportation terminals • Directly manage three site managers • Be involved in region-wide personnel decisions, hiring, and disciplinary actions

We would like for you to have: • 5+ years of management experience • Be a skilled communicator • Have experience managing budgets • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite Software • Demonstrate strong leadership skills • College degree preferred • Preference will be given to a candidate who has direct transportation management experience
