The Southern California Regional Rail Authority, operator of the METROLINK Commuter Rail System, is seeking a Director, Compliance for field operations management and compliance who will monitor, review and analyze the performance of the operations compliance function in accordance with 49 CFR part 200-399. The ideal candidate for this position will demonstrate a high level of analytical skills to identify and measure metrics for contractor performance, customer requirements, safety and efficiency testing. Requires BA/BS degree and 8 years of work experience in commuter railroad/freight operations including work on a Class 1 regional railroad, Amtrak or Commuter Railroad.
