The Southern California Regional Rail Authority, operator of the METROLINK Commuter Rail System, is seeking an Operations Compliance Officer who will be responsible for quality assurance measures and support necessary to monitor, review and analyze the performance of the railroad contractor to ensure a safe, timely and customer driven commuter service. The position will monitor operating performance through operational monitoring, direct observation and by conducting unannounced operating rules compliance tests including joint testing and direct interface with partner railroads, BNSF, UPRR, Amtrak and the Metrolink operating services contractor for the safe operation of the railroad.
