Request for Proposals


Notice is hereby given that the Transit Authority of Northern Kentucky (TANK) is seeking proposals for the procurement of a Transit Real-time Automated Communications System (TRACS) using Computer-Aided Dispatch (CAD) and Automatic Vehicle Location (AVL) technologies to better manage its fixed-route and demand response revenue and non-revenue vehicle operations.

The RFP can also be obtained by writing the office of Tim Bender, Manager of Planning, TANK, 3375 Madison Pike, Fort Wright, KY 41017, or by emailing [email protected].

All proposals must be submitted in accordance with requirements set forth in the RFP and must be received in the office of Mary Lou Franzoni, General Manager at or before 2:00 PM on Monday, April 19, 2010.

TANK hereby notifies all proposers that it reserves the right to award no contract under this RFP. If a contract is entered into pursuant to this RFP, advertisement or solicitation, Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBE) will be afforded full opportunity to submit proposals.
